Tibco Consultant Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6 Months Rate: $33/hr on C2C *Job Description/ Qualifications:* 1.Overall 6+ years of experience in the IT industry with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing TIBCO based integration solutions 2. Should be proficient in TIBCO technologies (BW, EMS, Administrator, different Adapters). Knowledge of other TIBCO products will be an added advantage 3. Should have prior experience in implementing SOA based solution using TIBCO product suite. Needs to have strong experience using web-services 4.Should have good working knowledge of XML technologies 5. Should have prior experience across complete project life cycle – Requirement Analysis, Design, Development & Testing 6. Should be conversant with integration patterns, best practices in general and TIBCO specific best practices in particular 7. Should be able to work with business / functional process owners to define the requirements and convert it to technical specifications 8. Should have experience working in an onsite / offshore model 9. Should be able to multitask and manage changing priorities 10. Should have good interpersonal and communication skills 11. Should have experience working either in individual capacity or in a team 12.
