Job Title: Siebel Developer Location: Livonia, MI Duration: 6 Months Description: Design, develop, enhance, unit test and maintain Siebel CRM applications according to specifications, programming standards and schedule. Lead development initiatives and work with cross-functional teams Evaluate and document solutions for complex processes. Ability to provide direction, share new concepts and serve as a technical resource to other team members Fosters teamwork and innovation by involving others in problem solving, decision making and creative thinking. Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned Critical Skills: Siebel Tools and eScripting Siebel EAI Siebel EIM Siebel Workflows SQL Server TSQL scripting ETL Tools and processing CRM Application Experience Experience in engaging end-users for usability issues, enhancement requirements and application functionality Proficiency communicating technical concepts with a non-technical audience. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
