Job Title: SQL DBA Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 6 Months CTH Interview: Phone and Skype. Rate: $42/hr all inclusive US Citizens or GCs or EAD GCs only!! Description:* • Minimum of 6+ years of experience with a Relational Database Administration in a production environment. • Experience with Polyserve SQL server clusters with multiple nodes on each cluster mirroring and other methods of disaster recovery. • Prior experience in a fast paced high tech environment. • Performs data modeling, logical and physical database design. Includes maintenance of database dictionaries, monitoring of standards and procedures • Knowledge of advance features of sql server 2008. • Migration of Microsoft SQL databases from one platform to another • Solid experience with SQL server 2008 cluster installation and configuration. • Experience with SSIS packages, SSRS and SSAS. • Knowledge of SAN and Responsible for data loading, security, performance monitoring and tuning, capacity planning, and backup and recovery. • Solid skills in database performance fine tuning and optimizing poorly performing queries, stored procedures. • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent *Regards: Roy Miller - Sr Recruiter Direct: 609-223-9188.
