*Must interview in person* Job Title: QA Tester Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 14 Months Required skills/years: 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience Experience conducting software quality end review activities (work product and processes): 5 Experience in quality assurance reports: 5 Experience in reviewing project work plans: 5 Experience in preparing software quality audit packages: 5 Experience in defining quality standards: 5 Experience identifying, tracking issues, risks and actions items-reporting to executive sponsors: 5 Excellent communication analysis and detail oriented skills: 5 Description: The Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) is responsible for the design, pilot, and implementation of the software quality assurance review processes. The QAS Specialist will work with Application Teams during pre and post assessment periods. The QAS Specialist reports to the Quality Assurance Team Lead. For each phase end review the Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible to plan, schedule, execute, and document findings of the review. Quality Assurance Specialists must have a detailed understanding of processes which support the software development lifecycle.
