*Job Title: QA tester (3 openings)* *Location: Blue Bell, PA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *REQUIRED SKILLS: * *Must have FDA (Food & Drug Administration) experience* Minimum 5 years experience in system testing or QA required Solid understanding of the QA role and associated testing principles and testing requirements including compliance with audit control points Solid understanding of QA methodology and how it fits into the Software Delivery Lifecycle. Ability to function independently to: design and create test plans, test cases, complex test data and scripts (including automated scripts) along with execution, documentation and proactively follow up on results; and/or support QA environments. Ability to quickly develop a good understanding of the technical details of the application(s) / system(s) they are testing as well as correlate that activity to the solution and the business it supports Demonstrated strong technical and analytical skills Detail oriented with the ability to work and guide others during time constraints to meet deadlines Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and solve problems Understands the basics of forecasting and funding process and be accountable for funded hours on their piece of a project or task. Possesses a working knowledge of how their work impacts the financial goals of the o-organization. Demonstrated ability to take on large, complex projects and special assignments as needed including cross functional assignments and multiple concurrent assignments Ability to analyze, assess, document and resolve cross functional issues and work.
