The Quality Assurance Lead (QA Lead) is responsible for the testing
activities for a specific aspect of the overall offering of Streaming
services. The QA Lead will primarily be responsible for the testing
activities for all the Mobile Clients on a wide range of mobile platforms,
In car applications, and other connected devices.

  **

*Duties and Responsibilities:***



 ·       Drive the overall testing of mobile clients, in car applications
for the streaming services;

·       Define test specifications based on product requirements for the
specific focus area assigned for the test lead;

·       Manage the testing effort for the specific focus area assigned,
with internal testers, contract testers, or 3rd party testing company;

·       Oversee the test plan development, test strategy definition and
test execution conducted by the 3rd party vendor responsible for the
delivery of the specific sub-system;

·       Oversee the testing of all the streaming clients including mobile,
web, and other connected devices, whether they are developed internally or
by 3rd party vendors;

·       Define the testing strategy for the streaming services products and
services;

·       Execute test cases and record test results;

·       Interface with the SiriusXM internal development teams and
3rdparty development teams for design, testing, and deployment of new
features.



*Supervisory Responsibilities:***



·       Oversight of any internal test engineers and vendor test teams.



*Minimum Qualifications: ***



 ·       BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a
technical management discipline;

 ·       4+ years experience IP Testing Management & Strategies.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to pay attention to details and be organized

·       Ability to project a professional image over the phone and in person

·       Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

·       Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to details

·       Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast paced
environment



*Technical Skills:***



·       Strong comprehension of Software Development Life Cycle and
Configuration Management including Agile Scrum;

·       Strong experience in testing mobile applications across a wide
range of platforms, devices and networks;

·       Strong comprehension of Automated Testing Implementation and
Strategies;

·       Experience in testing other connected devices such as 10’ devices
(App TV’s, DVD players, Gaming Consoles etc.);

·       Strong skills with Excel;

·       Multi-platform experience (Windows / Unix / Linux).
