*Requirement Description: *

Key Focus: We need automation testers with solid hands on experience upon
building scripts. For Lead/ Manager Role: We need a person with 10+ Years
of experience + Program Management + Testing Experience + Domain Knowledge
(LOMA certification).

*Position Requirements:*
•2 years minimum experience in creating level of effort estimates.
•10 years’ experience working in Agile Scrum & Waterfall
•Experience leading at least five big projects and creating end to end test
strategies (doc in a MTP) for each.
•Lead, mentor/guide/ coach QA analysts as they create artifacts for the
test life cycle, including preparations of test plans and conditions,
review requirements, test design, performing tests.
•Life Insurance Domain Knowledge.
•Experience testing WEB, SOA, BATCH mainframe applications. Strong SQL.
•Experience in Automation and Performance Testing

*Responsibilities:*

•Expected to lead the testing scope for at least five big projects from
initiation thru deploy, Will estimate the effort, create end to end test
strategy & document in a master test plan.
•Lead, mentor/guide/coach QA analysts as they create artifacts for the test
life cycle, including preparations of test plans and conditions, review
requirements, test design, performing tests to meet Master Test Strategy.
•Ensure peer review occurs/audit test artifacts (must know difference in
DTP/MTP, what makes up a DTP, RTM)
• Variety of types of testing performed (scripted/ exploratory, manual/
automated, functional/ performance/ security etc.)
• Work planning, assignment, tracking and problem resolution
• Tools used (test management/ automation/ defect reporting)
•Team handled (team size/ competencies of team members/ examples of team
work)
•Must be able to work well alongside our internal development team & vendors
•Communicate effectively with the business partners - both oral and written
•The ability to work under pressure in a fast changing and always growing
environment
