ODOT Specific Description:
The purpose of this MSP Staff augmentation is to obtain the services of a
Project Manager/Business Analyst to perform leadership and analysis around
building a proposal for COTS (Commercial Off the Shelf) software product
around Vanguard Cash Flow Analytics. ODOT is interested in performing
modeling and cash flow analytics and an Opportunity Evaluation and business
case is needed to determine solution alternatives..
The Project Manager will be expected to provide the analysis necessary to
complete project tasks and deliverables as assigned. Tasks and deliverables
include, but are not limited to:
• Interview users to obtain requirements
• Document user requirements
• Document “as-is” and “to-be” process work flows
• Analyze work processes and applications used in those processes
• Provide recommendations for changes in work flows
• Document user guides to coincide with new work flows
Prepare written proposals and presentations to senior Management.
