*Experience And Knowledge Required :* QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Candidates ideally would possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related discipline, with minimum five years of relevant application development experience. A strong technical foundation in application development practices including understanding the principles of project management is required. Demonstrated skills in analysis, problem solving, organizing, planning, decision making, communications and client relations are also required. *PREFERRED SKILLS * It is strongly desired that the candidate be experienced with one or more of the following tools/platforms: ORACLE, PL/SQL, C#.Net, MVC, VB.Net, ASP.Net. Experience with web development using model view architecture a definite plus, familiarity with Work Management and/or Letter Management systems would be beneficial. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members is required.
