Job Description:
Demonstrates Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management Applications
Technical expertise (integration, extension, conversion design and
development).
Demonstrates expert understanding of applications development processes,
serving as a resource to others.
Must have:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management
specifically:
Core HR and Self-Service
OA Framework
Workflow Administration and Maintenance
Alerts, Peronsalization, and Extensions
BI Publisher
Typically requires between 3 to 5 (or more) years of progressively
responsible related work experience within a technical discipline
Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across
various HR modules
Good communication skills and business presence. Must be able to interact
with all levels of management.
