REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): 8+ years of Senior Level COGNOS Development experience. Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities. Solid Interpersonal Skills. Cognos BI Skills: Experience with Cognos 10.2 and above Cognos Framework Manager COGNOS Event Studio Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Cognos and be able to translate user requirements into complex Framework Manager Models, reports, and dashboards. COGNOS Version upgrade experience. Experience in DMR Modelling, creating cubes and dimentional reporting. Experience in Administration of Cognos 10.2 BI. Support of Development of a Report Template Library. Ability to transform functional requirements into reports. Knowledge of data and data manipulation techniques. Ability to create reports which are reusable across multiple disciplines. PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): Working experience with Visual Studio 2010 and above and Team Foundation Server. Cognos SDK (Software Development Kit) code development using .Net and C#. Database Modeling Experience. Relational/Star Schema modeling and design (Highly Designed).
