Exceptional Oracle SQL skills Thorough knowledge of data warehouse principals and techniques Highly analytic, with the ability to independently analyze and design eligibility systems. *Experience required:* Broad knowledge of analysis and design standards and techniques Experience creating requirement documents and detailed design documents. Experience in documenting code and processes for distribution to interested parties Experience with ORACLE and TOAD for ORACLE. Experience with ERD analysis tools Experience with J2EE. * Experience desired:* Experience with providing query writing support and tuning expertise to end users Working knowledge of Rational Unified Process Development Methodology with focus on requirements and detailed design management.
