*Preferred Qualifications *
Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, or related field.
*3 years of customer service experience *
*3 years of program management experience  *
*3 years of experience working with leadership *
*PMP Certified.*

*Key areas of responsibility: *
Collector deployment-work with TSEs to effectively deploy assigned
customers through the collector deployment process.
Attend Internal and External Kick-Off calls with the customer.
Follow escalations model, clearly communicate customer issues/roadblocks
with management.
Update CSTG-Online dashboard through the collector deployment phase.
Collector maintenance-work with TSEs to continuously maintain assigned
customer’s collectors and ensure account health.
Ensure Internal and External Customers are following correct processes (ie
opening cases).
Create and host internal meetings to ensure all parties are in sync with
current customer issues.
Ensure that other Cisco employees from a service other than SNTC/PSS cannot
issue tasks to the TSE without PM approval.
Communicate all customer prioritized issues with Team Lead.
Collector decommission-Decommission collectors from customers who have
ended their contract (ie ensure collectors are returned to Cisco by the
customer at the end of
a service contract).
Process implementation-help develop the organizational processes, and tools
to ensure that the implemented process continues to adapt to the changing
business
environment.
Manage TSE workload - work effectively with TSEs to help manage the
accounts.
Creating and maintaining documentation-includes maintaining wikis, internal
websites, and other places of information such as power point
presentations.
Presentation-provide presentation materials on collector related topics.
Strong technical understanding and vocabulary - communicate technical
information to a non-technical audience
Escalations-keep track, follow-up, and lead the escalation process for
collector issues.

Must be a highly motivated self-starter
Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritizing and organizational
skills
Strong negotiating and influencing skills both internally and externally
Team management skills
Reliable/dependable
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook
Able to finish tasks assigned under pressure
Must thrive in a team environment which incorporates many cultures and work
styles
Aptitude, attitude, and adaptability are keys to success
