Work with vendor to identify and implement latest features, patches etc. * Troubleshoot issues with software and implementation. Identify and provide fixes for issues and be accountable for the stability of the system. * Perform operational duties. These will include: installation, patching, service turn-up/ down, environment cloning, password rotations, implementing backup/recovery and monitoring procedures, capacity planning, site failover/switchover.
