Please reply back to max(at)3coresystems.com Please let me know your interest.If available or interested please reply back with you latest tailored word document with your availability and rate. *Role:* Senior SAP CRM CIC WebClient Resource *Location:* Las Vegas, Nevada *Duration:* 3 Months+ *Rate:* Open *Job Duties:* · The candidate(s) must have a proven functional background, with at least five years of experience implementing and/or maintaining the CRM Interaction Center for a service-based solution; · Deployment of a comprehensive Interaction Center WebClient strategy that includes account identification, installed base and object profiles, business transaction and categorization profiles, automated routing, transaction types, interaction records, incidents/service requests and knowledge management; · Experience working with and delivering an Interaction Center strategy for the public sector; · Advanced configuration for user notifications and Groupware e-mail integration with Outlook; · Fundamental knowledge of workflow design for requests and approvals; · High-level understanding of the SAP CRM technical landscape, including optimization, administration and security; · Advanced SAP project management skills and experience following SAP Best Practices; · Identify and perform hands-on activities as related to CRM integration and/or touch points (i.e. HCM, FI, Business Partners, etc…); · Familiarity and knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (API); · Sound understanding of SAP NetWeaver technology (Identity Management, Master Data Management, BI and PI); · Experience with writing configuration documents and related customer documentation to be used for future reference; · Fundamental knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) data management; · Bring best practice approaches for the Team to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support procedures, etc.; · Ability to trouble-shoot issues, including the ability to conduct related research and work with the Team to raise SAP Customer messages as needed; · Good communication skills (written and verbal); · Team player; · Speak and write in English well; · Ability to plan and organize work and responsibilities; and · Good facilitation skills. *If interested then send me below information with your updated resume and we will connect soon.* Current Location: Visa Status: Availability: Best Hourly Rate (Plus Expenses and All Inclusive): Need Onsite and Offsite Rate: Phone: E-Mail: If H1b then need your employer details: Are you going to relocate or Travel for this project?
