This Program Manager will work directly for the Regional Portfolio Manager and will interlock with key stakeholders in Cisco Sales, Delivery and Services Marketing on requirements and execution plans for major services initiatives, integrated into the overall Cisco Services Portfolio Framework. This individual's responsibilities will have a particular focus on understanding the translating top level portfolio strategies into executable programs for adoption. This individual must works well independently with only minimal management oversight and must be able to influence and lead virtual teams to complete projects and major initiatives. Must have at least a conversational understanding of networking and Cisco products and services. We are seeking someone with experience marketing/messaging to initiatives to Cisco internal stakeholders. Extensive knowledge of the industry is desired. Specific knowledge of and prior experience with the relevant networking technologies (Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Mobility) is helpful. Strong Program Management / Initiative Management skills are required. Typically requires BSEE/CS or equivalent experience in marketing internetworking technologies and applications.
