Facilitate meetings with users and business owners to determine needs and risks as they relate to COOP/COG. Coordinate with State of Iowa Agencies to update application inventories to be stored in LDRPS. Map application interdependencies between and among State of Iowa Agencies. Prepare and present recommendations to agency and State of Iowa Executives. Assist in LDRPS architecture, design, support, and reporting as requested. Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Demonstrable expertise in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning & Testing techniques, technologies, and methods for risk & impact analysis Required 11 Years Demonstrable knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, high availability configurations, databases, etc.) Required 11 Years Experience assisting with the preparation of infrastructure recovery prioritization and procedures Required 11 Years Demonstrable project management skills – ability to assess current state, define desired state, create actionable plans to achieve desired state Required 11 Years The ability to report on progress and on recognize risks Required 11 Years Superior human relations skills (soft skills) to effectively collaborate with all levels of State of Iowa Agency staff.
