Collaborate with the DB2 systems programming staff to appropriately manage DSNZPARM settings. Create, manage and support DB2 Stored Procedures, DB2 Triggers, and DB2 Referential Integrity Create Change Requests, Resolve Service Requests, Provide 24x7 On call support Provide DB2 Connect configuration access support for individual users and distributed systems. Coordinate with team members on technical decisions and directions. Work with Management to develop project schedules. Provide Database performance and tuning which typically involves collaboration between Data Center, Technical Operations, Database Design and Administration, and the various software development areas. Responsible for the evaluation and creation of appropriate backup and recovery strategies for new database requirements.
