Please find the below our *direct client requirement* and please send me your consultants resume to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Title: System Analyst* *Location: Franklin, TN* *Duration: 6-12 Months Contract* *PRIMARY DUTIES:* The successful candidate will install, configure, monitor and tune the Application Engineering (AE) web / server platforms and provide engineering support / recovery services for the applications hosted on these platforms. This position is responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures pertaining to the engineering and operation of the AE hosting technology platforms. These platforms include, but are not limited to, Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012, IIS, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), SharePoint 2007 / 2010, MSNLB, F5 Load Balancing, Terminal Services, VDI and Citrix. The candidate is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and trending performance data to identify capacity needs and establishing automated monitoring. The position will require gaining a strong understanding of the Microsoft Server platform with emphasis on SCCM versions 2007 / 2010 / 2012. In addition, the candidate may need to gain expertise on the Microsoft .NET platform with particular emphasis on security methodologies, memory management, and communication capabilities. *ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:* • Install, configure, monitor and tune SCCM, IIS, SharePoint or other web hosting technologies; establish and implement policies and procedures pertaining to deployment, security, maintenance, and disaster recovery. Will establish system performance standards and provide guidance on best practices. • Experience supporting EHR technology platforms including technologies associated with EHR solutions. • Engineering and operations of technology platforms environments, which includes installs, upgrades, patches, deployment, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting of, hosted applications. • The position will require the ability to communicate and troubleshoot issues across multiple departments. • Working knowledge of Active Directory, SQL server, firewalls / firewall rules, and load balancing equipment. • Extensive experience interacting with people at a variety of technical and management levels. Will be responsible for problem tracing, performance tuning, troubleshooting of problems related to the applications deployed to Wintel servers. • Other duties as assigned. *PRIMARY COMPETENCIES: * • Must have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft operating systems. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, experience in a transactional high-volume, high availability production environment. • Strong communication skills and proficient use of English in written and verbal forms; a willingness to train other team members as alternates / backup for subject matter areas responsible for. • Produce and maintain accurate documentation, installation and operational qualification reports. • Knowledge of common application / server / network technology monitoring tools. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously by effectively managing priorities. • Works well both independently and as part of a team. • Possesses characteristics of self-reliance, self-motivation and possesses a “can do” attitude. *PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:* *At a Minimum:* • Must have at least 5 years of relevant IT experience supporting web server farms in an enterprise environment using Microsoft technologies • 1 or more years of experience writing scripts in one or a combination of the following: PowerShell, C#, C++ or VB. Experience scripting in an established SCCM environment (version inspecific) is desirable. • Demonstrates a strong working understanding of troubleshooting techniques and strategies including an ability to use troubleshooting tools. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project deliverables on multiple projects effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related degree, or combined education and relevant experience with accomplishments. • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills. • 1 or more years of experience managing within environments utilizing ITIL, Six Sigma and/or COBIT frameworks.
