I think I’m set for the SQL Database Developer. I do need 2 Senior level guys for the SQL Server DBA. Let me clarify a few things. I need Senior level guys with 8-10+ years experience. It’s a 1 year gig in Philadelphia. We need a seasoned SQL Server DBA but the candidate *MUST have experience working in an environment that migrated from physical servers to a virtualized environment*. The client is using Hyper V to do this migration but if a candidate worked in a VMWare environment that is totally fine. Communication skills must be excellent.
