Successful Completion Bonus is Available. *Description:* Our Client is looking for a System Analyst *Requirements:* • 8+ years of experience in Business analysis; • 8+ years of experience with Oracle database; • 8+ years of experience with SQL; • 8+ experience with data analysis and data reporting; • Experience working in a state/federal government environment (preferred); • Knowledge of Texas health and human services programs and program area domains (preferred); • Knowledge of Business Objects Report development (preferred); • Knowledge of web based applications (preferred); • Experience with data exchange protocols (FTP, etc.) (preferred); • Knowledge of Perl scripts (preferred).
