Or equivalent. o Client license configuration based on FlexLM and other license technologies • Assistance/Consulting to the Agilent SME´s in the following areas: O Piloting, Configuration and Deployment of the split licensing infrastructure (installing, licensing framework and license technologies) o Installation and configuration of new license servers. o Move/transition of license configurations and licenses. o Define Client license configuration updates and deployment o Maintain license configuration files on the license server. o Communication with business stakeholders and end users. o Requesting new license files with the license vendors. o Test of migration process and procedure o Documentation updates. • Support activities include, but are not limited to o Deep Level / 2nd level End User assistance and troubleshooting for all split/migration related incidents or issues. o Maintain Flexera and license vendor related support tickets with those vendors.
