This prompted CDLE to order a higher than normal number of refresh computers so the hardware would be compatible with Windows 7. In addition to the new computers ordered, CDLE has existing computers that need to be upgraded from XP to Windows 7. PURPOSE This program year CDLE has ordered over 700 refresh computers that need to be imaged and deployed. Additionally, all existing Windows XP machines that are not being refreshed will need to be upgraded in place to Windows 7 and Office 2010. This upgrade and refresh deployment is in addition to the regular task of break/fix resolution.
