* Workflows and Fast Formulas
* BPEL
* Forms and Reports
* BI Publisher
* Oracle Discoverer
* Installing application functionality using Applications Object
Library, Personalization, and OA Framework
* Developing Concurrent programs
* Writing queries, stored procedures, and triggers
* Troubleshooting PL/SQL procedures, and database procedures
* Flexfields
* Migrating and loading data using API’s & data conversions
* Creating extensions and interfaces
* Should have excellent communication skills
