Please send the resumes at [email protected] Job Description: Project Manager w/PMP Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 6 months In the 2012 session of the Virginia General Assembly, legislative changes were passed that affect Virginia Retirement System (VRS) line of business. Subsequently, VRS had implemented the key legislative changes including the new Hybrid Retirement Plan were implemented as part of Pension Reform Program phase-1. The remaining scope items will be implemented as part of phase-2 of the Pension Reform Program. The selected candidate will be leading small to medium size project(s) as assigned by the Pension Reform Program Manager and will be responsible for the outcomes of the assigned initiatives. The project lead will have day to day responsibilities for management of the project team, work with business users, subject matter experts, business analyst, developers, and testers to complete the initiative(s) within the timeline while meeting the project quality measures. The project lead will report to the Pension Reform Program Manager. The duration of the contract is 6 months from the start date.
