You'll coordinate and communicate functional requirements of the business units and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting basic functional specifications. You'll collaborate with team members and partner with the business units to perform technical analysis, create and maintain context processes, and system diagrams. You'll also validate that the system design meets the business process requirements and perform triage and troubleshooting activities as well as provide insights to the project. In addition, you'll perform testing activities including construction of test plans/scripts and validate test requests; configure reports and package solution to unique business requirements. Requirements for this position includes: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other relevant field Minimum 2 years' work experience in an IT or Business-related role 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree Demonstrated team player behavior Good communication skills both written and spoken Advanced ability to navigate MS Office applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Willing to work overtime to support the business and testing/implementation activities.
