Description
Our client is looking for IT support ticket management is BMC Remedy. This
solution is already established for about 10years. An internal team exists
to manage this environment. As we have started to move away from Remedy we
currently focus our resources to build-up the new solution. This role
should backfill the Remedy administration to free up our own staff. 3-4
years experience needed.

Skills:
Data
Monitor Remedy Queue
Create, Modify and Delete User Accounts, Groups, CTIs, Assignments,
Notifications etc
General application troubleshooting
Create reports
Import export data

Developer Responsibilities include:
Customization and creation of Remedy workflows according to customer
requirements
Advanced analysis and troubleshooting
Creating and maintaining technical documentation with respect to system
design
Testing code changes

Job Requirements:
Strong familiarity with Oracle and SQL server databases
Knowledge of Remedy programming methodologies and standard software
development life cycles

Technical Skills:
Remedy ARS 6.x or 7.x and additional BMC products.
Web Services/XML
