*Job Title: System Administrator* *Location: Madison, WI* *Duration: 1+ year (almost always extends to 3 years)* The department is interested in attaining professional services to be responsible for the planning, design and implementation of an on-premise Microsoft (MS) Lync collaboration solution. Agency's have expressed an interest in expanding the messaging and collaboration offering currently supported by the Department of Administration (DOA) to include a unified communications solution. The existing messaging and collaboration suite of products includes Enterprise *E-mail, Blackberry, Lyris, Active Sync, Ironport, Encryption, eFAX, Media Site Live and Sharepoint services. * *The following skills: * * Experience with defining the architecture, design, management & implementation of Microsoft Lync IM/Presence, Conferencing, and VOIP solutions. * Experience in integration of MS Lync with Enterprise E-mail and Sharepoint. * Experience with large scale environments. * Experience with Windows server management, Lumension, Exchange Management Console, VMWARE, Commvault, etc. * Experience providing cross training, documentation, and automation concepts. * Experience providing proactive solutions for management of alerts and problems. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Solutions-oriented with a focus on customer service. *Thanks* *Mohammed Valli Uddin* *Technical Recruiter * *Next Generation Technologies.
