*Oracle Database Developer, Iowa City, IA * Oracle Database Developer (SQL,PL/SQL, packages, procedures and functions) Location: Iowa City, IA Rate-Open Duration: 12 Months+ * Contribute collaboratively within a creative and fast paced environment, designing innovative solutions that are architecturally solid and scalable. * Required to deal with complex data models and object relational database mapping to produce complex reports. * Creation, maintenance and reviewing of DB code and performance tuning. * Design and Develop database packages, procedures and functions. * Provide technical solutions to projects in different stages of the development life cycle. * Support development team in the design, development, testing, tuning and implementation of database applications * Writing ad-hoc queries for various reporting requirements. * Ensures that all deliverables are thoroughly documented. *Required skills:* * Strong experience developing and supporting Java/J2EE applications in a structured environment with knowledge of SOA Architecture. * Strong experience developing with SQL and PL/SQL on Oracle, MySQL including tuning. * Strong experience developing on JBoss 6 or higher and WebLogic.
