Neo Tech Solutions is looking for a passionate, smart, and creative
Business Development Manager to join our team. This person will be
responsible for helping drive Neo Tech's business development efforts,
fostering strategic relationships with potential clients and partners from
opportunity lead to final contract. Candidates should bring relevant
industry knowledge, experience, and a proven ability to creatively and
confidently convey the added value of Neo Tech's services to prospective
clients.



This individual will be responsible for efficient management of the new
business development process, collaborative development of solutions, and
effective presentation of these solutions in the form of written proposals
and in-person client pitches.



The right candidate will be able to identify a client's business needs and
work with both the client and Neo Tech's cross-disciplinary teams to
understand, define, and build effective and innovative solutions that
generate measurable results.



*Essentials *

-       Min 4 - 9 yrs of US Staffing Experience in interacting with clients
(US Staffing), and having extensive company contacts, and consistent track
record of reaching targets (Note: This position is not for bench sales)

-       Strong experience in lead generation for IT services in US market
through strategies such as -cold calling/Email/Networking/market research
activities.

-       Candidate should have Direct Contacts with the direct clients,
Implementation Partners or T1 Vendors in USA.
Candidates having minimum 3-4 existing contacts with T1 Vendors or
Implementation Partners Or with Direct clients and managers are preferred.

-       Managing the entire sales cycle with accountability to engage
specialist Delivery Managers

-       Identify new clients in US for providing staffing solutions.

-       Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients'
expectations.

-       Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients

-       Ensure to achieve the monthly targets before the deadlines.

-       Meet revenue and bottom line targets

-       Interaction with Team of Team Leads and Recruiters

-       Support the team with Innovative & Creative ideas.

-       Tracking the daily and weekly reports of the team

-       Building a reputation and relationship with new clients

-       Stay current on Staffing industry and formulating business strategy.

-       Extensive Experience in cold calling, and negotiating
-       Ability to work effectively with team members.
