Title: Voice Engineer Location: Durham, North Carolina Duration: 12 Months Contract *Job#: 185147* *Voice Engineer Job Details*: · Analyzes voice network performance and makes recommendations for improvements. · Responsible for complex testing and analysis of all elements of the network facilities. · Troubleshoots and resolves complex network and voice switch issues to include root cause analysis and implementing permanent resolution. · Manages network vendor performance through routine measurements and reviews. · Troubleshoots more complex network voice issues and assists on more complex network projects/initiatives. · Seasoned professional with full understanding of all major voice systems and communications. · Participates in the evaluation and selection of vendors. · Prepares voice network capacity forecasts and recommends modifications to configurations that will reduce costs and improve service. *Voice Engineer Mandatory Skills: * *Avaya-certified PBX *and call center platform, experienced in complex projects, capable of routine MAC work done efficiently, high customer touch capability.
