Deep knowledge of the environments (application and Infrastructure) involved across all phases of the SDLC. Prior experiences working with enterprise scale applications in a production environment. Experience working with Java/UNIX/Oracle based Portals and Web Applications required Experience working with cross functional teams required Knowledge of how infrastructure supports the SDLC, evidenced by the ability to collaborate with infrastructure professionals to get applications into production successfully. Demonstrated customer orientation and business acumen. Experience leading change management and adoption initiatives. Ability to build relationships across a large enterprise and influence decisions from top down and bottom up. Proven listening, facilitation and negotiation skills, demonstrated through success in a 'lead by influence' role. Understanding of portal or eCommerce applications of value.
