The resource will really need to interpret the business requirements and determine what test scripts to write and execute. Business requirements are written in Excel, defect tracking with be documented in SharePoint. Experience with Medicare claims is not really relevant as we are more interested in the business rules to determine eligibility. Technical experience is lighter than the business requirement. They will need to know how to use TSO & File Aid to view the test results. This resource will partner with a technical resource to run the required test files to view the results. Business knowledge with the ability to write test scripts is key Next would be previous state government experience Then any experience working with business rules to determine program eligibility. *Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating * Prior experience for interface testing - manual testing Required 3 Years Develop test scenarios and executable test cases for complex interfaces Required 3 Years Ability to write SQL queries to manipulate data Required 3 Years Mainframe testing Experience Required 3 Years Prior experience membership eligibility and testing business rules Highly desired 3 Years Ability to run file compares, filter out differences, and verify results Highly desired 3 Years IBM Rational Tool Set Highly desired 3 Years Prior experience with membership eligibility Highly desired 3 Years Prior experience with State or Federal Government Highly desired 3 Years Prior experience with Medicaid Desired 3 Years Prior experience with SNAP Desired 3 Years Prior experience with TANF Desired 3 Years Prior experience with fiscal systems (ie.
