They will also assist with troubleshooting problems and assist with day to day maintenance of the SharePoint infrastructure. This role also assists with documentation as needed. *Required Skills:* Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint and related technologies. Responsible for infrastructure support and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint, used for internal and external collaboration. Responding to trouble tickets submitted via our Remedy ticketing system. Provides third level support in resolving SharePoint related problems for all levels of end users.
