Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Experience in manual testing Required 3 Years Experience in automated testing Required 2 Years Experience in end to end testing in a full software development lifecycle project Required 3 Years Experience with test updates, patches, & repairs Required 3 Years Excellent communication skills both oral and wrtitten Required College degree in computer science or in relevant filed with 2 years of work experience in I.T.
