Heavy web development of existing applications, modification of applications, etc. However, for more entry level candidates - your pay rates will be more entry level. In order of importance - top three skills sets: 1. Experience with Perl on Web Applications (Object Oriented Design) 2. Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL database 3.
