Please send the resumes at [email protected] Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst Location: Miami, FL Duration: 3 Months The scope of this effort is to conduct high level analysis and inventory existing functionalities to include system developed or acquired by some agencies to address efficiencies not available in department, documenting the “as is” or current state and considering future requirements or “to be”. The analysis should document the requirements for a centralized criminal justice system serving the informational need of all justice agencies, incorporating agency functions and system integration. Min skills required: Communications – candidate will interact with business stakeholders and SME’s to understand their business functions and desired requirements; Analysis – candidate will have outstanding analytical skills so that a customer’s business needs are properly interpreted and translated into functional and technical requirements; candidate will analyze data, documents, user input surveys and workflows to determine requirements. Project Management – candidate will have practical experience with project management techniques and tools. The senior Business Analyst must have: Experience in leading business process re-engineering efforts for at least three medium-to-large software projects. A minimum of 3 years project management experience, i.e. understanding the business needs, defining and documenting functional and technical requirements and demonstrating proposed outcome to stakeholders via flowcharts depicting operation workflows and possible technology solutions Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
