technology projects

5+ years of Senior or lead project management experience including
supervision of project management teams - experience managing team of
minimum 20 members

Experience managing information technology projects using agile, waterfall
and/or iterative Project Management methodologies

Experience managing large IT Application development projects or large IT
Infrastructure projects

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an
organization, including executive st

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others to complete
tasks

Past hands on technical/development experience

Negotiation skills

People Management skills

Good understanding of the domain to suggest alternatives to customers

Good understanding of quality and Process frameworks

Risk analysis and mitigation skills"

PMP or MBA or Certifications in Project Management

*Job Roles/Responsibilities*                                      *

Assures detailed project plan in place

• Monitors plan and keeps to budget

• Assures standard business processes are implemented and adopted

• Coordinates project communication including comprehensive monthly status
reports

• Align and deliver as per global PMO and standards

• Site specific requirement analysis and functional specification
development (if required)

• Business process map developments (if required)

• Liaise with technical team on complex problems to provide resolution

• Assist in reviewing training materials and during end user training

• Communications Planning and Execution

• Change Impact Analysis and follow up plans

• Coordinates project communication including comprehensive monthly status
reports

•  Align and deliver as per global PMO and standards

•  Lead development of the business requirement documentation via gap
analysis and joint requirement sessions

•  Responsible party for development and acceptance of all project
deliverables (SDLC & PMLC)

•  Actively monitor project progression to scope, timeline and budget and
report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

•  Understand and be able to competently oversee the SDLC in addition to
the PMLC.

•  Be capable of managing the financial forecasts and reconciliations for
the project

•  Oversee multiple business line stakeholders"
