Job Classification: Project Analyst
Position Description: Experience Level: Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years
experience or equivalent.
- Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of
large-scale projects with moderate to high scope, impact, risk and
complexity.
- Responsibilities are varied and may include one or more of the following:
gathers project requirements and develops documentation; tracks and reports
project and budget status, identifies project/production issues and
identifies resources to provide solutions or escalates to avoid project
delays; schedules and coordinates problem reviews and follows up on assigned
actions; arranges and/or delivers training; documents new or revised
processes and procedures; updates websites that host project documents,
reports, and/or group information; serves as point of contact for project
information and updates.
- Contributions are high profile and must be able to interact with senior
technology mgmt team of CIO or higher
- Ability to work independently with little supervision; self motivated and
self managed
- Need creative thinking as solutions are most generally not standard and
are unique for Consumer Lending Technology
- Resourceful and work with little information; able to research and execute
a) superior communications skills for both verbal and written; marketing
experience a plus
b) schedule must be flexible depending on priorities
c) able to matrix manage tasks and deliverable across multiple CIO teams
d) adept at MS Office suite; Excellent PowerPoint and Word skills with
strong Visio and Excel skills
e) able to support multiple project managers with tools such as STAMP,
CREST, PlanView
a) Lending experience
b) strong financial mgmt skills
c) meeting facilitation skills; especially to organize a discussion and
drive discussion to conclusion
