*Job Description:*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with Minimum of *8+
years of IT Experience*.
- *5+ years of experience* working in or supporting a *fast-pace
development*and *operational* *environment*
- *3+ years of experience* in delivering *AIM* *infrastructure* software
such as*Tivoli* Access Manager (*TAM*), *Tivoli* *Directory* *Integrator*
(*TDI*), *Microsoft**Active* *Directory*, *PingFederate*, etc.
- Hands-on project experience monitoring and maintaining *Tivoli*
*Identity* *Manager*Components
- *Must be able to write* custom code into *workflows*, *assembly*
*lines*, and applications.
- *Hands-on experience* with *IBM* *Tivoli* *Identity* and Access Manager
- Experience in modifying system parameters and reading, interpreting
and creating regular expressions.
- Experience supporting servers and databases on which *TIM* and its
supporting components are running, with a strong preference for Windows
experience.
- Experience in competing Identity Management products and in access
management/Single Sign-On and federation products are a plus
- Good understanding of *service* *management* *concepts* (*ITIL*)
- *Solid* *data* *center* *operations* *expertise*
- Ability to develop new approaches to complex *infrastructure* *design*
*problems*
- Strong ability to *communicate* *design* *rationale* and *build*
*consensus*.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to
effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs
and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to
detail.
- Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with
diverse teams and lead meetings.
