TIBCO Enterprise Message Service Expert / 5 Plus Years

*Additional Information:*
You would need to be exceptionally talented and motivated Engineer to design
and implement a Service Oriented Architecture employing TIBCO Business Works
while ensuring that all work meets the EAI corporate standards.
*Required Skills:*
- Excellent hands-on development skills with the TIBCO EAI product suite.
- Must be proficient in TIBCO Business Works 5.x, TIBCO EMS 4.x, TIBCO
Adaptors 5.x, XML (XSD Schema), Web Services, Java, Web Servers, PL/SQL.
- Excellent technical trouble shooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent technical leadership skills
- Excellent people skills; able to work effectively in a cross-cultural
environment
- Ability to organize work and balance multiple assignments concurrently
*Required Experience: *
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in IT industry
- At least 5 years experience in systems integration and architecture
design
- At least 5 years experience designing and developing interfaces using
Tibco BW, EMS, ADB Adapter and other related tools and technologies
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing a
Service Oriented Architecture in a large organization
- Solid experience with XML schemas and canonical structures
- At least 1-2 years experience working with web technologies such as
Java, J2EE, XML and Application Servers such as Tomcat, BEA Weblogic, IBM
WebSphere etc.
- Experience with database technologies and RDBMS such as Oracle
- Experience with Oracle SOA Suite and AIA is an added plus
- Experience in IBM Websphere DataPower SOA Appliance is an added plus
*Required Education:*
• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or Computer Science
