Maintenance plan for HP Operations Manager/HP Business Service Management/ Performance Insight/Network Node Manager software and infrastructure Use integration APIs/interfaces of HP tools for custom/out-of the box integrations. Address custom requirements.? Trouble shooting problems faced during implementations & coordinating with HP Technical support for any issues faced? Documentation of the implementation / customization done in the projects? Documentation of SOPs, best practices.? Guide the team for deployment activities.?
