We are looking for a .NET support person will following skills:
1. Working experience in .NET (worked in 2.0 as well as *3.5* frameworks.)
2. Working experience in VB.NET <http://vb.net/> & ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>
3. Working experience in VSS. (latest version)
4. Sharepoint experience
5. Any Workflow experience is preferred.
6. Experience with Agile development methodology
7. Working experience in WCF.
8. SQL Server 2000 exposure is preferred. The role demands understanding DTS
packages, Stored Procedures writing and tuning, writing Ad hoc queries to
support user analysis.
As mentioned, the candidate should have strong communication skills to
translate business issues into technical problems (upon interaction with
Business users here) and articulate the solution to the IT leadership. It's
important that the candidate also has production support mind set as opposed
to Development one.
He should have good problem solving skills, providing workaround to support
business and exposure to real helpdesk sort of environment.
There are good chances of getting development work once we get the issues
under control but the primary expectation out of the role is support.
