Contractor Responsibilities Service Tasks The tasks to be performed by the Contractor staff include the following: Modify, develop, design, and maintain .NET applications; Design model objects (tables, views indexes); Develop ad-hoc queries on MSSQL Databases; Provide analytical services for system incidents and enhancements; Process defect tickets to correct system errors within one (1) to two (2) business days; Process release tickets to manage user requirements within the timeframe directed by the specific ticket request.
