Manage performance fine tuning and adherence to development standards for the broader SAP program. - Experience with SAP CRM Service (Service Order Management), Case management and routing *Responsibilities:* - Work collaboratively with project teams, the business, functional analysts and developers to ensure the best technical solution to complex programs. - Plan, manage and coordinate the implementation of RICEF objects including Custom transactions, Integration primarily in SAP CRM environment. - • Handle teams of onshore and offshore developers - assign and review allocated tasks working with the team manager based on project and business needs - • Develop and enforce development standards by performing code reviews for development done by onsite and offshore developers *Sumit Gupta * Symphony Enterprises, LLC | Global Business and IT Consulting Company.
