Location: Boca Raton, Fl Duration: 6+ Months OPA (Oracle Project Accounting), specifically with the Costing module. Comments from the hiring manager: "Please be sure the QA person is someone who really knows Oracle Project Accounting Costing module standard functionality AND how to write excellent test scripts and has excellent testing skills." If they do not know how to take an MD50 and turn it into a test script, or able to write business functionality scripts then they are not a fit. I will turn these jobs, just need the right candidate. The key here is they MUST know OPA. and be able to write excellent test scripts <period> . Create functional test scripts for Oracle Project Modules and also to test RICEW objects developed for the Oracle Projects CLIENT Initiative. . Provide and prepare all needed functional and technical documentation . Design test scripts and test scenarios that extend to the following modules besides Oracle Projects 1. Fixed Assets, 2. Inventory 3. Order Management 4. Purchasing 5. General Ledger 6. Accounts Payable . Utilize CLIENT approved hardware and software, and abide by CLIENT's IT and business policies. . Abide to all CLIENT processes and policies with their associated tools where applicable, i.e. using PPM for weekly timesheets. Deliverables . Test Scripts and Business Cases . Documentation to conduct and track unit testing, integrated testing and user acceptance testing. . . Provides effort estimates and timelines for assigned work requests. . Adhere to CLIENT standards in the calculation and completion of tasks and assignments . Complete work requests and tasks as assigned per estimates and standards provided. . Communicate to customers regarding their work requests as needed. . Prepare and provide weekly status reports on all assigned, pending and upcoming tasks . Design, develop, maintain, and/or enhance RICE Objects to address requests from the business teams. . Test, troubleshoot and resolve code issues . Interface with other CLIENT developers as needed. . Interface with other CLIENT IT teams as needed. . Interface with Oracle customer support as needed. . Communicate with business customers as needed. . Document procedures. . Train other IT resources as needed. . Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the principles, concepts/theories, and best practices in Oracle Applications. . Participate in team meetings and status meetings actively and provide status updates to the team lead or manager on status of tasks that are assigned. . Performs other duties as assigned.
