*Job Description:*
- Provide tier III steady state support for Avaya voice systems and
infrastructure.
- Experience with Avaya call center skills such as vectoring and VDNs.
- Engineering Graduate with Good communication Skills
- *Avaya certified*
- Hands on experience on *S87xx server Voice mail system*.
- *Hands on experience in supporting Avaya PBX hub* and *gateway
systems* such as *s8700 media servers, g700 and g450 media gateways* with
*LSP & ESS configuration.*
- Good on creating of Extension, Trunks, Coverage path and Hunt groups.
- Knowledge on* MACD and basic troubleshooting must in, VDN,VEC, call
Routing*
- Hands on experience in backups,
- Upgrades of Hardware and Firmware, integration with Non Avaya products
