Scope the overall IE10 compatibility constraint in terms of web browser dependence. Determine list of possible options to achieve browser neutrality. Define a roadmap for each option outlining implementation costs, training requirements, risks and mitigation opportunities. Create prototypes using OR-Kids code to demonstrate recommended alternatives.
