*Title: QA Performance (Must Have Pharmaceutical Experience)* *Location: Manson, OH * *Duration: 9 Months* *Must have 9+ Years experience and strong experience on LoadRunner* Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation. May require an advanced degree and at least 6 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Primary Responsibilities • Create performance test plans to capture performance test requirements, performance test cases, project milestones and schedules. • Work with application, infrastructure and development teams to gather and document system requirements, metrics and collection methods related to performance and system load. • Manage and maintain test data in a production scaled test database. • Create and manage load testing scripts and scenarios. • Perform production traffic and data analysis and develop methods to simulate production loads in performance tests. • Analyze test results and system metrics, document test results, and identify and report performance issues. • Drive resolution of identified application and system performance issues, and performance tuning opportunities. Minimum Qualifications: • At least 4 years current dedicated experience designing and executing software load and performance tests in an enterprise application environment using HP LoadRunner or HP Performance Center, with emphasis on web protocol scripting with heavy AJAX correlation. • At least 4 years current dedicated experience in a formal QA role, or equivalent current dedicated experience • At least 3 years current dedicated experience testing J2EE applications. • At least 2 years current dedicated experience using a performance monitoring tool like Sitescope(system), Introscope(application) or equivalent. • At least 2 years working experience with network, database, and server operation as related to performance testing. • At least 2 years working experience with functional and/or load testing of web services is a plus. • At least 2 years working experience with SQL queries and Oracle DB programming as related to performance testing is a plus. • At least 2 years working experience Perl/Python/Unix Shell scripting working experience as related to performance testing is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, electronics engineering, or relevant discipline.
