Monitor & Troubleshoot
Work with Business Objects (the company)’s support line if
necessary to resolve issues
Server Administration
Monitor Unix server
Monitor/support dashboards and OLAP cubes on Windows
Application Server
Restart servers when necessary
Install Service Packs/Fix Packs if necessary
Monitor unused logins (from when people don’t log out
correctly), clear queue
Ensure schedule runs properly by ensuring queues are clear
for overnight jobs
